Philadelphia PA: Over the last 3 years, the City of Philadelphia has to experience come very bad basketball from a team that has a rich history as they build for the future which included suffering 199 losses during those 3 years.
On Tuesday Night, the 76ers entered the NBA Draft Lottery with the the best odds at 26.9% to get the number 1 pick in the draft. Head Coach Brett Brown would represent the team on the stage and the ping pong balls fell the 76ers way as they would win the lottery for the 3rd time in their franchise history & the first time since 1996 when they drafted Allen Iverson.
